PDP dares Oyo State Muslim Community, as SEYI MAKINDE shuns the interactive session organised by the body. After a careful review of the manifestoes of each candidate that honoured the invitation of the Oyo state Muslim community to her interactive sessions, the responses and dispositions of the candidates to the position paper containing proposal for good governance and demands of the Muslims in oyo state, the body unanimously endorsed Chief Abdulwaheed Adelabu Penkelemesi as the candidate to be voted for as the incoming governor of Oyo state. The body further reaffirmed her endorsement and support for the reelection of President Muhammadu Buhari for the second term in office. It was also agreed that the Imams all over Oyo state should devote substantial portion of their time on Friday to sensitise the Muslims faithfuls on the need to make special dua for the victory of Muhammad Buhari and to go out enmass to cast their votes for him on the 23rd February 2019 presidential election. This position becomes imperative in view of the official endorsement of MAKINDE and Atiku as the candidates to be voted for by the CAN, OYO STATE.
