CELEBRATING ONE YEAR IN OFFICE , HON. ADEBASS LEVELS UP WITH PEOPLE'S EXPECTATIONS

Today Sunday May 12th , 2019 makes it one year that Hon. Adeyemo Abass aka Adebass , made his way to the legislative arm of the new born Local Government (Akinyele South LCDA) by the Executive Governor of Oyo State , Sen. Abiola Ajimobi to represent the good people of Ojoo/Alaka(Ward 2) area of Oyo State.
Exactly this time last year , Hon. Adebass began his political journey with a clear vision and mission to give back to the society that made him through a perfect and human representation. And to the Glory of God , the people he represents can attest to the fact that this young learned honourable councillor , Hon. Adeyemo Abass has today leveled up with his people's expectations.
As a pioneer honourable councillor of Ojoo/Alaka(Ward2) zone ,he has matched his words with actions , as well as his electoral promises with fulfillment.
While canvassing for votes , Hon. Adeyemo Abass promised to pay people back with a vibrant and robust representation. Parts of his campaign promises to the people are ; to contribute his quota to development of Akinyele South LCDA and Oyo State in general , empowerment opportunity to his people , facilitation of bursaries and Scholarship to Akinyele Students indigene , Education support to public secondary and primary schools in Akinyele Local Government etc.
Prior to his election , Hon. Adebass has been touching people's hearts through his blossom foundation (Adebass Foundation). But the moment he was elected , he very quickly turned his foundation office to constituency office .Thus makes him the first councillor in the history of Akinyele Local Government to own a constituency office. And not just an office but a place where people could come to pour their minds . In short , Hon. Adeyemo Abass since last one year has been running an open door policy.
For the record , below achievements are credited to this young learned honourable councillor Hon . Adeyemo Abass aka Adebass since his one year in office ;
1. He Trained over 200 constituents on Vocational training.
2. He Empowered petty traders.
3. He Facilitated the grading of some roads in Ojoo/Alaka.
4. He Facilitated a scholarship at First technical university for constituent.
5. He organized Adebass free health scheme on ( Free eye treatment and general body check up with free drugs).
6. He constructed a culvert bridge at Strabag area, Ojoo.
7. He organized first 2 in 1 quiz for secondary schools across Akinyele LG.
8. Cash empowerment for artisans in Ojoo/Alaka.
9. He distributed hundreds of educational materials for pupils e.g writing materials, pen and payment of WAEC and NECO fee.
10. Adebass Annual football competition and distribution of Kit's to football teams .
11. He empowered 62 constituent through free driving training.

12 . Motion on prime projects that needs urgent attention in Ojoo/Alaka.
13. Motion on arbitrary blockage of local government roads for Social functions across Akinyele South LCDA.

Frankly speaking , Hon. Adeyemo Abass aka Adebass 's one year in office has been eventful and interesting.
And just like an Oliver twist , his people are looking for more goodies from him as they are also pleased with his representation.
