RESIDENTS of of Ademilokun community in Akinyele Local Government area , are to enjoy better electricity supply to their domain, courtesy of Com. Ayinde Sarafadeen Abiola aka Oiler , the founder of God Oiler Foundation.
The philantrophist, who has donated 2poles to boost electricity supply to the area, also promised some youths in the community bursaries and Scholarships
The philantrophist, Com. Ayinde Sarafadeen Abiola who has donated 2 concrete poles to boost electricity supply to the area, also assisted the community with cash to install cables on the poles.
Explaining the gesture, the founder of Oiler foundation said he was worried about the erratic poor power supply which he blamed on decaying of some electricity facilities.
He noted that the donation became necessary after the old wooden electric poles in the area have been eaten up and destroyed by termite.
Com. Ayinde Sarafadeen Abiola therefore insisted that he was donating the concrete poles and cash for the installation for no political gains but trying to give back to the society that made him.
The philanthropist promised to continue to assist the community with the provision of basic infrastructure..
Responding, Chief Adeyanju who is also the Bale of Ademilokun Community of Akinyele East LCDA , described Com. Oiler as a God-fearing man, who put the people’s interest above own personal interest.
According to him, the community has enjoyed low power supply due to lack of good electric poles in the area. He advised the cleric to continue his goodwill and contribution to development of human kind believing that his reward is with God.
He therefore called on other prominent indigenes to emulate the good gesture of the donor.
