HON. OILER , HON. ADEBASS , OTHERS BAG SAGBEGA ASA 2019 PERSONALITIES AWAR IN UNIVERSITY OF IBADAN-Oyocnn.com

It was indeed an historic day on 1st of August 2019 , when Okotolaye Foundation invited distinguished personalities known for their brilliant achievement and contribution to the growth and development of Yoruba Culture across the globe.

The event which was held at Wole Soyinka Theatre Hall , University of lbadan , had the attendance of known and celebrated personalities from Oyo State.

In his opening remarks , Oloye Lekan Alabi who was also made the chairman of the occasion (Sagbega Asa 2019) , commended the effort made by Okotolaye Foundation in bringing back the glory of Yoruba culture.

Oloye Lekan Alabi insisted that Yoruba culture has been in existence before the arrival of Religions. He therefore tasked every Parent to encourage their sons and daughters to be ambassadors of their culture everywhere they go.That what has kept the developed countries moving forward day by day is the regard they have for their culture.

In his own words , Hon. Ayinde Sarafadeen Abiola ( Oiler) who was also among the awardees thanked the organiser of the SAGBEGA ASA 2019 for counting him among the celebrated and recognized personalities honored with an award of excellent. He however promised never to relent his effort towards contributing to development of Yoruba culture and Oyo State in General.

Honourable Adebass who  also gained a recognition for his role in bringing back the glory of Yoruba culture thanked the organiser for coming up with  a platform to reawaking Yoruba culture.

Among the attendees include Mongaji Ile Akere , Alhaja Alabede , Mongaji Ademola Oladosu , Honourable Bolaji, Hon. Abolade Taoreed , Hon. Alabede , Hon. Alausa Isiak , Hon. Janjala Gaddafi and a host of others.
