OILER FOUNDATION EMPOWERS 150 YOUTHS IN AKINYELE LOCAL GOVERNMENT



Yesterday , 16th of November  2019 was a day to be properly kept in the political and humanitarian diary of Akinyele Local Government as Oiler Foundation in conjunction with INAGFA  hosted over 150 youths to a wonderful event (Free Vocational Skill Acquisition Training) at Islamic Primary School, Moniya lbadan  for empowerment program with Cash.

The empowerment  programme  which was organized  to empower youth for a better tomorrow was  connected both, to the financial elevation as well as bringing hope to the less privileges in Akinyele Local Government.

The event had the attendance of former deputy Speaker  Oyo State , Hon. Jelili Adeleke , the former media aid to Senator Bukola Saraki , Mr Magaji Abdul Rasaq , The Baale of Denlokun , Chief Moses Gbadegesin Adeyanju , The Oniroko of lrokoland, Oba lsmail ,   Hon. Tijani Daud , Hon. Sulaiman Gaddafi  , Alhaji Abiola Ogungbade, the CEO Konymandibio foundation , PDP State Secretary ,PDP ward chairman , Hon .Otunba ,  PDP  Youth Leader and a host of others.

While delivering his speech , founder , Hon. Sarafadeen Abiola  naked that his own growing up  experience has given birth to this  vision towards bringing hope to the less privileges.

He insisted that "  not until when  you build 20 houses like Dangote  or drive 50 cars  like Otedola before you can start helping your people . lt is about passion you have to make a different in your community."

He argued that every society needs to focus on youth development. That Youth empowerment in any development is imperative not only for national development of an entire country but also for personal development of an individual.

He charged the government to always consider the youths in any of their policies and programs.

He however advised youths to remain focused and committed to whatever aspiration or dream they have. He added that with quality content and passion the sky is their limit.

Speaking at the event , Baale Denlokun  , Chief Moses Gbadegesin Adeyanju  told  the audience how Hon. Sarafadeen Ayinde Abiola   donated electric poles to light their village.

In his own words , Com. Sulaiman Gaddafi who is also the former NYAN speaker , Oyo State chapter described Hon. Sarafadeen Ayinde Abiola as a politician with a difference, adding that the leadership trait and quality he possessed are worthy to be emulated by other politicians and younger ones.

He advised the beneficiaries to make use of every  opportunity comes their ways with the aim to give their lives some kind of meaning .

In their thank you messages, the beneficiaries who spread across the two constituencies in Akinyele Local Government express their profound appreciation to the founder of Oiler Foundation for deeming it fit to extend his philanthropic gesture to them. They therefore vowed to continue spreading the good gospel of Oiler Foundation to the people.
